dmesg 시간 환산하기

어느정도 버전 이후 부터는 -T 옵션을 주면 일반적인 시간으로 출력이 된다.

(centos 7 이후 버전. ubuntu는 잘 모르겠지만 19.04에서는 기본으로 지원된다)
